Promoting, Protecting and Defending the Rights of Individuals to Practice and Receive Subluxation-Based Non-Allopathic Wellness Chiropractic Care in the State of Colorado

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome you to the website for the Colorado Chiropractic Wellness Alliance (CCWA). The organization looks forward to promoting the rights of the citizens of Colorado to receive subluxation-based chiropractic care, as well as the rights of chiropractors practicing in a subluxation-based wellness paradigm.  CCWA's primary purpose is to respond to the needs of its members. Secondarily, it will support the freedom of choice in chiropractic services for the public. Among the services that CCWA members can expect this organization to provide are:

• Promotion of the rights of patients of all ages to receive ongoing chiropractic care in a wellness, non-allopathic model.

• A community of dedicated chiropractors committed to making a difference in the lives of people in Colorado.

• Protection of the practice rights and objectives of Colorado chiropractors.

Communication and resource sharing with other state and regional chiropractic organizations. CCWA holds that emphasizing our differences from, and not our similarities to allopathic medicine is crucial to increasing the consumer's awareness of the unique service that we provide. We are concerned with the public's right to receive chiropractic services for the enhancement of their health and overall wellbeing. The CCWA is uniquely prepared to help move the state in that direction. Fundamental to CCWA is the recognition of chiropractic as non-therapeutic system of enhancing human health and potential based on the correction of subluxations. We regard our unique lexicon as indispensable and resist the imposition of inappropriate language borrowed from other fields and the incursion into chiropractic by other professions.
